Rebuild Hope for Jenna, Luke, and Donnie

My name is Briana, and my sister Jenna, her husband Luke, and son Donnie just lost their home and all belongings due to Hurricane Milton on 10/09/2024. Their home in Port Orange Florida is one of many destroyed in that area and across the state. The city of Port Orange has been aware of the drainage issues for many years and have been unsuccessful to find a solution and protect their community. While we are grateful for the efforts of the police department to come in with boats and rescue families as quickly as possible, I hope they can find a way to prevent this devastation from ever happening again.

This comes as a devastating loss as they had just taken on an immense financial burden to rebuild from a complete loss almost exactly two years ago from Hurricane Ian.
