Rebuild hope for Jessica's family after Hurricane Helene.

Displaced Family of 5 affected by Hurricane Helene.

Jessica's 73 yr old mother (Diane) lost her home and all the contents as a result of Hurricane Helene in Valdosta, GA.

Ms. Diane is widowed and raising 4 great grandchildren (3 girls ages 12, 14, 16 and 1 boy age 17). Her only income is social security.

She currently has 4 trees on the house and insurance will not come out until the trees are removed off the home. Her insurance will only cover $1000 to remove the trees.

3 estimates have been obtained, with $6000 being the lowest and the other 2 estimates $28,000-36,000. Some trees will require cranes to assist in moving.

The entire lot will need to be cleared in order to place another home in the area. Lot clearance quotes have been in excess of $23,000.

This does not include any of the home contents nor the children's belongings.

Jessica has arrived in GA (from OH) to assist in the clean-up. Thankfully, all are safe.

Please keep them in your prayers as they begin the daunting process of going through the damage and salvaging what they can.
