Rebuild Hope for Kristina's Family

My name is Kristina. I am a mother to 3 beautiful children (5, 14, and 15). On Tuesday, October 15th, a fire started in our laundry room and within 10 minutes our house was so full of smoke we had to evacuate. We are a family of 6 with 3 dogs and at the time 5 cats. Sadly along with most of our possessions we lost 3 of our beautiful cats. We are staying in a hotel as of now until 10/29 but the insurance company said we won’t be able to go home for another 6-8 months. They said it’s considered a “large loss” and they have to rip everything out down to the studs. We lost all of our clothing (which so many people have generously donated to us), all of our medications, my 5 year olds toys, and so much more. We are thankful to be safe and healthy but could really use help as the next 6-8 months is going to be rough, especially on the kids.
