Rebuild Hope for the Jones Family
Donation protected
Dear Friends, Family, and Community,
We are reaching out today with heavy hearts to share the devastating news that the Jones family's home was destroyed in a fire this week. Jim, Kyoko, and their three wonderful children—Eleanor, Colin, and Miles—are facing an unimaginable loss, and we are rallying together to support them during this incredibly challenging time.
Jim is a dedicated second-grade teacher at Lincoln Elementary, where he has made a lasting impact on countless students. Kyoko, a passionate paraprofessional at Kennedy Elementary, also teaches Zumba classes at the YMCA and works part-time at Prent. They are both deeply involved in our community, always the first to lend a helping hand or support local initiatives. Their commitment to education and wellness has inspired so many, and now it’s our turn to help them.
The fire has left them without a home, and they’ve lost nearly all of their belongings. Tragically, they also lost three beloved pets in the fire, adding to the heartache of this unimaginable situation. Eleanor, in elementary school, Colin, in middle school, and Miles, in high school, have been active participants in various school and community programs. They have always brought joy and positivity to those around them, and it breaks our hearts to see them go through this hardship.
As the Jones family navigates this difficult journey, we are asking for your support. Any donation—big or small—will help them with immediate needs like housing, clothing, and personal essentials. Our goal is to raise funds to assist them in rebuilding their lives and finding a new place to call home.
Let’s come together as a community to show the Jones family how much they mean to us. Your generosity will make a difference in their lives during this incredibly tough time.
Thank you for your kindness and support.
