Family of 5 loose everything in Fire

Michael was home alone when he heard a crash in the house and heard his 10 year old dog, running and whining.  He opened his bedroom door to the house fully involved in fire.  He got out called 911 and me (his mother), then he went back into the house through a window and rescued the dog. His wife and children were down the Road to go to church.  They started out and saw the fire. They could not see my son and his wife was trying to enter the house and couldn't see anything through the smoke, laid her hand down on what she realized was the sofa on fire, she recieved minor burns to her hand, but retreated from the house and saw her husband. When I arrived there was Fire Engines and volunteers everywhere,  there were flames everywhere,  I found my son and his family and after giving the Fire Marshall all the information he needed, I took my son's family to my home in Broaddus Texas. Michael and his family are living in my RV at this time. We went to the house the next day and salvaged a few thing's,  not even a pickup truck of things survived. I have insurance on the house with the mortgage company but the company has changed hands several times and again recently so I have been unable to get in touch with them. I am not sure when or if I can. I know that all the insurance company will do is rebuild the house, it doesn't cover the furniture or appliances. This fundraiser is to help get them into another home, furniture, clothing and other things that are needed to start over.
