It is with a heavy heart that we share heartbreaking news: Living Life Health Food, a beloved vegan pillar of St. Croix, was severely damaged by fire in the early hours of March 18, 2025. This small, family-owned business has been a cornerstone of our island for the past 14 years, nourishing our community with fresh, plant-based meals and serving as a gathering place for those seeking a healthier way of life.

This loss is more than just a financial setback—it is a challenge to the very heart of what we stand for. Three generations of our family have dedicated themselves to making clean, healthy food accessible to all. We have worked tirelessly to provide nourishing meals that uplift the body and soul, and we have always believed that food is medicine.

We were in the midst of an exciting transition, moving from our wooden structures into a more permanent building to expand our offerings and better serve our customers. Now, instead of celebrating progress, we are facing the reality of starting over from scratch.

But we are not giving up. We are still open, operating from our mobile unit behind Trailer Park Shanty, and we are determined to continue serving the community in every way possible. However, the damages and lost inventory total over $45,000, and we need your help to rebuild.
