Rebuild Machina Creations and Aid Local Towns

Hello! Machina Creations is a small business based in Asheville, North Carolina, founded in 2022. We specialize in custom metal work such as fine jewelry, coin making, metal sculptures, and graphite machining to create molds for metal casting hobbyists.
Due to the damage after Hurricane Helene, it's been difficult to continue with some pieces of equipment that were damaged. We're hoping to raise money to replace some of these components and keep this startup moving. We have a lot of growth ahead of us and this storm was a major setback in carrying forward. We have been met with a healthy demand to keep us growing and expanding. But with funds constantly going towards this growth, it unfortunately left us in a vulnerable position with the region being devastated. Luckily our CNC just needed to be hosed off from mud and debris. However our electronic equipment unfortunately wasn't so lucky, our burn out kiln and laser engraver were ruined by water damage So we are currently seeking to replace these. Any additional funds received will be used to help anyone in the broader region who is in need of assistance. There has been a massive influx of resources from all over the USA which has been amazing! All of Asheville has been hit pretty hard but many areas are progressing rapidly thanks to all the amazing support to get back on our feet. We don't expect to have running water for an undetermined number of weeks. Some of the smaller towns around the region don't anticipate having running water, electricity, or cell service/internet for a couple months. Unfortunately winter is quickly approaching. A lot of the resources seem to be going to the larger towns. While we're struggling to get our business back online, we are using all of our spare time to take any additional supplies we can acquire to the neighboring towns like Canton, Black Mountain, Old Fort, Burnsville.. All additional funds will be put towards helping people in these towns and other small towns who are in desperate need of food, water, clothes etc.
