Donate to send aid to Hurricane Helene Victims
Donation protected
A native of Marion, NC, my heart has been crushed by the devastation of Hurricane Helene to my hometown, where my family and many friends still live and have been impacted.
Many Western North Carolina (WNC) mountain communities have been destroyed and need our help, and the supply chain to these communities will be a slow process. Your funds will be used to aid the needs of our families, friends, and first responders with items such as water, nonperishable food, pet food, cleaning supplies, hygiene products, and baby supplies (see deliveries below). I live in Charlotte and am personally driving (vehicle and gas at my personal expense) the supplies to the McDowell County Chamber of Commerce’s Emergency Operations Center (EOC)’s universal distribution at 634 College Drive in Marion, Old Fort Police Department/Town Hall and McDowell County Animal Shelter in Marion.
I am going to cover the GoFundMe fees personally to guarantee 100% of your donation goes to support. Every dollar counts!
Thank you for your generosity and for supporting our mountain communities in need!
