Rebuild Nalu’s Farm: Flood Relief
Donation protected
On Monday, March 8th a flash flooding took out our family’s farm. Our farm is named after our 8 year old son, Nalu, who is passionate about every aspect of farming, but especially caring for the animals. Our egg laying hens, fruit trees, and large vegetable garden were all swept away. Now we are left with a huge mess of knee deep mud with debris of all kinds, including dead chickens, downed trees, and rubbish from upstream. Our family relied on our farm for food and income from “Nalu’s Farm Stand.” Any support you can offer to help us rebuild our farm would be deeply appreciated. Mahalo!
The money we are asking for will go toward several dump runs, rebuilding and restocking our chicken coop, rebuilding and replanting our vegetable garden and fruit trees.
