The compassion and resolve that Kelly, Renata and their volunteers have shown these past 3 weeks is truly overwhelming. They have tirelessly helped so many in the community and now they must turn their attention to RiverGirl Fishing Company. They continue to need our help to rebuild, restock, and repair their business. Your continued support will help to reestablish a new warehouse, kayaks, canoes, bicycles, and tubes, that are needed to provide all that Todd and the South Fork of the New River has to offer to all of us. They are so grateful and appreciate all the support that they have received thus far.

Dear Friends and Neighbors,

Our beloved Todd community has been hit hard by the devastating effects of Hurricane Helene, and one of the most cherished parts of our town, RiverGirl Fishing Company, has suffered significant losses. We all know Kelly and Renata as the heart and soul of river adventures and education in our area. Their dedication, kindness, and tireless support for our community have always been unwavering.

The hurricane ravaged their supply, taking with it kayaks, canoes, bikes, tubes, trailers, propane tanks, tools, and the very building that housed their equipment – even the port-a-potty wasn't spared! Kelly and Renata have always been there for us, and now it's our turn to support them in their time of need.

While they have managed to recover a few kayaks and we believe some equipment might be found in Fleetwood, the majority of their gear was swept away by the angry river. As they continue to rescue stranded individuals and assist those who have suffered damage, we can come together to help them get back on their feet.

Let's rally behind RiverGirl Fishing Company so we can all continue to enjoy the beauty of our Todd community and the glorious South Fork of the New River. Every contribution, big or small, makes a difference.
