Rebuild the Bayleys

Dan and Rachel Bayley discovered yesterday that their home and cottage on Rock Creek Road were lost to the Carr Fire in Redding, CA, while on vacation in Montana. Rachel is a local ER nurse and Dan is a student teacher. All they have with them is what they have packed for vacation and no one was able to access the house in time to save important belongings. They will return home from vacation next week to nothing and have learned from their insurance that due to the cottage only being insured as an “additional structure” that after receiving compensation from their insurance they will still owe mortgage payments on a home that is leveled. This is the SECOND time in five years their home has been burnt to the ground. The Bayleys need money specifically for replacing household items/furniture/clothing etc and to put towards their remaining mortgage.
