Hey yall,

When it rains...it pours...literally.

How to even begin? When we started Crazy Dingo Brewing several years ago, we had one thing in mind...COMMUNITY. A place where families can go to unwind with a craft brew and enjoy ALL of what Florida has to offer. However, we were hoping never to face the devastation Florida has the potential to offer..aka Ian. This is heart-wrenching! As some may know, we work full-time jobs during the week and have fought daily for growth at CDB, putting in endless hours before work, after work, on weekends, you name it. All while placing every little earned dollar back into the business to help build a true family destination and share our passion with all of you…OUR DREAM!

We have been blessed with steady growth throughout the business from the start. Remember our little CDB bar under the farmers market? Brewing 10 gals of beer at a time. Good times. As we grew into our beer barn on the East side of Southern Fresh Farms, we have been steadily keeping our hearts and minds focused on how we can provide more craft beer and more attractions to you..our CDB family.

As some of you may know, we recently (literally the past 1-2 months) have been bringing in new equipment and dealing with all new electrical upgrades/installs to our facilities to power said equipment. Well, unfortunately, the timing could not have been any worse. Our little piece of heaven on Earth has been hit hard. Just a small list of findings: We have lost our walk-in cooler refrigeration system (decided to take a tumble), all of our newly ran electric has been ripped up (Ian legitimately snapped telephone poles in half), the entire East side of the beer barn is in pieces, walkways and parking has been torn apart. It truly feels like we have hit a wall and are devastated going into our busiest month of the year OCTOBER…our FALL FEST.

This is going to challenge us immensely. We had not even finished filing all of our new insurance upgrade paperwork (was in process right before Ian decided to rock us). Life can be rough at times, and we are trying to keep our hopes up so that we can learn from this and make sure we come back stronger than ever. WE WILL NOT GIVE UP ON YOU SWFL. We want to make CDB @ SFF bigger and better. However, we need your help. Literally, anything you can offer. Electricians, builders, contacts, etc. We welcome all assistance.

We are overwhelmed with the responses from our community thus far and have been beyond blessed to call everyone here in the SWFL and beyond our CDB FAMILY!
