Please Help The Horseman Deli in Sleepy Hollow NY

Hello my name is Kristina Rolon and I am the Owner of The Horseman Deli along with my Fiancé Mike, and partner Fredy. It has always been our dream to own a restaurant one day, and we were able to make this dream a reality on April 28th 2021 when we were able to officially open our doors. The three of us poured our life savings in order to make this establishment a place that represented the amazing and historic town of Sleepy Hollow NY with our love of serving high quality food. The event that occurred this morning at 3:05am on August 1st is truly devastating and has set us back greatly as we are no longer able to operate our business for Atleast the next 3-6 months. As a business only being open for 3 months during a pandemic, I am very concerned The Horseman Deli will not make it if we don’t have the financial means to support itself as well as make the necessary repairs especially since our deli needs total repair. This situation is most definitely something we never expected and in my whole life I have never asked from help from anyone financially let alone strangers… if there is anyway if you read this and find it in your heart to contribute even a small amount to saving our little deli, I would be eternally grateful!
