Renew the life of 95-year old widow and survivor

Hello, my name is Saige Hooker and I've lived in LA for almost a decade. I am creating this GoFundMe on behalf of my 95-year-old Great Grandmother, Lucille M. Washington, who was displaced from her home.

She has been in her home since 1999 and lived her most of her life in the Pasadena/Altadena area, spending most of her life caring for others, including her daughter (my grandma) who lost her battle to cancer. She has been the matriarch of her family for decades, raising my dad, who has since passed.

Her husband, my Great Grandfather, and love of her life just passed away last year so she has endured a year of hardship, loneliness and heartbreak--yet she carries on with strength and positivity.

Right now she is being cared for by my cousin, Lenise "Harmony" Halley. They are in the process of replacing her meds. She has nothing but the clothes on her back - not even her meds.

These funds will be used to buy immediate essentials like clothing and shoes but also to renew her life.
