Rebuilding after Marshall Fire
Donation protected
I'm Ally Coleman and have been a Denver resident since 2008. My future father-in-law, Mark Zwiebel, was one of the many who have been displaced from the horrific Marshall fire. He was left with nothing but his tent and the clothes on his back from when he escaped from his home on that traumatic day.
Thursday afternoon he found himself caught off guard with no evacuation warnings or insight to the smoke that surrounded his neighborhood within a matter of minutes. He quickly grabbed a hose to put out a grass fire across the street and fortunately decided to evacuate with his Aunt whom he resided with. We are beyond grateful that they were able to get out safely, although their home didn't make it.
Mark is a wonderful human with a great heart! He has a wonderful taste in music and an undeniable love for nature---with his hiking over 700 miles last year! I am so fortunate to call him my future father in law and know that he will utilize any support he is provided responsibly and find ways to give back and continue to spread the positive karma and juju.
As Mark is trying to rebuild his life anything you're willing to donate is hugely appreciated. Please feel free to share this gofund me account as well.
As devastating as this situation is, the support from all of those around us is overwhelming! It's impossible to ignore the gratitude that is felt as a result of all of you and your generosity. For that I thank you from the bottom of my heart, as do my fiancé, Dustin, and Mark too.
