Rebuilding Denise's House and Life

Donation protected

Denise's GoFundMe campaign seeks support as she
rebuilds her life following a devastating house fire, complex back surgery and the loss of her daughter.
The fire damaged her home but left parts salvageable,
requiring reinforcement of the roof, rebuilding and replacement of
ceilings and walls. Minor electrical work will be required and many materials will need to be purchased. Contributions in the form of money, labor, lumber, electrical, and prayers are welcomed. By coming
together, we can provide Denise with the resources
and assistance needed to restore her home and find
stability. Help us show her that she is not alone and that
the community stands by her side as she
embarks on this journey of healing and rebuilding.

Introduction:
Welcome to Denise's GoFundMe campaign! We
appreciate your time and consideration in joining us to
support Denise as she navigates through a series of
hardships. Life has presented her with unimaginable
challenges, including the loss of her daughter to
Candidia Albacans, a complex back surgery, and a
devastating fire that damaged her home. Together, we
can make a difference by offering our support as
Denise rebuilds her life, with the assistance of a compassionate community, particularly within the equestrian world.

Background:
Denise's lifelong passion for horses has been a cornerstone of her life. She has been an active member of the equestrian community, fostering connections and sharing her love for these majestic animals. It is through this bond that she has found solace, strength, and a sense of belonging.
In June 2018, Denise experienced the heart-wrenching loss of her daughter to Candidia Albacans, a tragedy that forever changed her life. The grief and pain from this devastating loss continue to impact her profoundly, and she carries her daughter's memory with love and resilience.
On December 13, 2022, Denise underwent critical back surgery, which required her to spend 51 challenging days in the hospital. This physically and emotionally demanding ordeal tested Denise's strength and perseverance. Despite the difficulties, she remained determined to overcome her obstacles and find healing.
In an unfortunate turn of events, Denise's house caught fire on March 25, 2023 just shortly after her return home from the hospital. However, there is hope amidst this tragedy. The structure of her home is salvageable, with certain parts of the roof needing reinforcement along with ceiling and walls requiring replacement in several areas. The firefighters saved her home but the water damaged many parts of the structure including floors on both upper and lower levels.
This revelation has provided Denise with a glimmer of optimism and a starting point for rebuilding her home.

A Serendipitous Connection:
During her journey, Denise crossed paths with a farmer who also happens to be a retired firefighter. Their initial meeting occurred when Denise placed an order for hay for her beloved horses. To her surprise, the retired firefighter returned to her house to assess the extent of the damage caused by the fire. This fortuitous encounter not only brought expertise and guidance but also a ray of hope as she embarks on the restoration process.

Your Support:
We invite you to contribute to Denise's GoFundMe campaign, extending a helping hand during this challenging time. Your donations will play a crucial role in supporting Denise's journey toward rebuilding and finding stability.
In addition to financial contributions, labor assistance, lumber, and prayers would also be deeply appreciated. If you possess skills or connections related to construction and repair work, your expertise would be invaluable in helping reinforce the damaged roof and replace walls. Donations of lumber and building materials will further contribute to the restoration efforts. And finally, your prayers and well-wishes provide emotional support, offering strength and comfort to Denise as she moves forward.

Conclusion:
Denise's life has been marked by profound loss, physical challenges, and the devastation caused by the fire that damaged her home. Yet, she remains determined to rebuild and find solace. With your generous support, we can provide Denise with the resources and assistance she needs to restore her home, regain stability, and rebuild her life.
Thank you for considering a contribution to Denise's GoFundMe campaign. Your kindness will have a significant impact on her journey of healing and restoration.
