Rebuilding Denise's House and Life

On December 13, 2022, Denise underwent critical back surgery, which required her to spend 51 challenging days in the hospital. In an unfortunate turn of events, Denise's house caught fire on March 25, 2023 just shortly after her return home from the hospital. However, there is hope amidst this tragedy. The structure of her home is salvageable, with certain parts of the roof needing reinforcement along with ceiling and walls requiring replacement in several areas. The firefighters saved her home but the water damaged many parts of the structure including floors on both upper and lower levels.

This revelation has provided Denise with a glimmer of optimism and a starting point for rebuilding her home.

During her journey, Denise crossed paths with a farmer who also happens to be a retired firefighter. Their initial meeting occurred when Denise placed an order for hay for her beloved horses. To her surprise, the retired firefighter returned to her house to assess the extent of the damage caused by the fire. This fortuitous encounter not only brought expertise and guidance but also a ray of hope as she embarks on the restoration process.
