Supporting Extreme Staff & Athletes Together

My family and i live in Temple, Texas where a recent Tornado Destroyed our beautiful town. Along with our family's business Extreme Cheer and Tumble.
On 5/22/2024 at 6:21 PM disaster struck my mom’s dream and life’s work of over Two Decades.
My parents got stuck in the storm while driving because the tornado came so fast. This was nothing like a hurricane where you know days in advance it’s coming. We were supposed to have a little bit a rain that day and nothing more.
At that time our gym was full of employees, athletes, and parents.
Not even two weeks prior to this we went over in great length what our protocol is at the gym for Tornado warnings.
Due to our staff being the best of the best they saved countless lives that night.
Putting themselves between the kids and the EF-2 Tornado using their own bodies to hold the doors inside closed as they watched our second home ripped apart in seconds.
Holding children that were terrified in their arms telling them it would all be okay.
Had our incredible staff not acted as they did there is no telling what would have happened. It is truly nothing short of a miracle that we had ZERO injuries.
The following day as athletes came back to see the gym and each other; the hugs and tears that followed was an unexplainable feeling. Everyone knew what they had all just survived together.
We will have to completely rebuild our gym that is home to so many kids that LOVE their sport and coaches that LOVE these athletes. This will take months to accomplish.
Our entire town was affected by this natural disaster. Unfortunately, with a total loss such as this insurance only goes so far. We are still a small family business with multiple employees that depend on us. As people's personal homes and property were damaged, we don’t want them to worry about how to get their next paycheck while healing from this so we will support them through our entire rebuild the absolute best we can.
We do need help to achieve this. I will say my parents are the first to give and the last to take. So even having to ask for help is out of their comfort zone, but we are doing this to help our staff and athletes.
These funds would help assist our amazing staff who love their jobs and their athletes/ Athletes in need that were impacted / damaged equipment/Cleanup crews and everything in between. Every penny will be put back into this amazing facility and our outstanding staff.
Thank you to all who have reached out and helped our family in this time.
We are stronger than the storm
