Rebuilding Farrells on the Island

Hi, my name is Marissa Tutterow. I am the manager at Farrells on the Island on Davis Islands in Tampa. When the storm surge from Hurricane Helene moved through the city, it swept away a landmark spot, Todd Farrell’s restaurant. It serves family favorites from breakfast into the evening, every evening of the week. It has been a fixture in the neighborhood for over a decade. Now, everything including the tables and chairs, the ice cream case that held 28 flavors, the grill, and the walk-in freezer are ruined. Insurance will cover many of the losses, but not all. Todd has been there for his friends and neighbors all these years, and I want to show him we are there for him now. No donation is too small.
