Rebuilding Hope:Support Truman’s Recovery Journey

We kindly ask for your support and generosity as we rally behind Truman McAllister, a dedicated family man, who is currently fighting to recover from a life-altering car accident.

On May 31, 2023, my husband Truman was involved in a life altering car accident with our son Mikhi. They were on their way to work when they were hit in a head on collision from another driver. That driver crossed the double yellow lines, coming headfirst into oncoming traffic, striking Truman and our son. Truman suffered from several broken bones to the lower section of his body including the his tailbone, teeth missing, with a lacerated tongue, and a broken shoulder. With this severe trauma, he will undergo multiple follow-ups with a neurosurgeon, orthodontics, and dentistry work. The doctors are estimating his recovery at 6 to 8 months. The prayers from our friends and family has been instrumental to his recovery thus far.

Our son Mikhi is also recovering with multiple follow-up appointments with a neurosurgeon. His recovery is estimated at 3 to 4 months.
