Help a Domestic Violence Survivor Rebuild

I escaped my ex partner who abused me in many ways including strangling me and throwing me down a flight of stairs. In order to get away safely to had to leave behind 95% of my belongings and quit my job with no notice. I’m currently staying with family and am safe but I have very little and cannot work due to participating in intensive therapy to heal from what’s happened. Anything would help me greatly to provide winter clothes, feminine hygiene products, food, and to help contribute to bills where I’m currently living.
