Memories Lost in the Eaton Fire

hello friends, community and everyone seeing this post. Our hearts ache for everyone who has lost their homes to the Eaton fire. My name is Sandy B. I’ve lived in Altadena all my life. Born and raised. First generation. While we escaped together with our pets, we have lost everything - our home, possessions and the memories. Memories woven into every corner. Burned to ashes, melted and gone. For generations our home was a sanctuary for six loved ones. It was a place of warmth, comfort and support for countless friends and family in need. Now we face having to start over from scratch. Every contribution, no matter the size, will help us to cover unexpected cost. Sharing the post, anything is helpful. I know we all have family and friends who have lost everything and our community’s hearts ache. Together we can find hope. The proceeds will help get through this challenging time to assist with needs that might not be covered by other sources of aid.
