Rebuilding or relocating the Southport mosque.

I am not Muslim my self but my boss and, a very good friend , who I have worked for for 6 years is.

I have contacted the mosque about these funds and a lot of the Muslim community in southport are aware of these funds being donated and are very very grateful. I am meeting with the Iman, ibrihim Hussain, at the mosque on 03/08/2024  to discuss transfers for the funded money.

I am also in contact with LaunchGood, the largest Muslim crowdfunding platform, in talk of combining fundraising pages. LaunchGood are working directly with the Mosque so the money raised will be ready to transfer to the mosque! 

My friend has always described the Southport mosque as a safe place to pray and gather with the community.

With events last night, the mosque was turned into a war zone and completely surrounded with unsafe feelings.

I am fundraising for the Southport mosque after tonight’s tragic events. Aim is to rebuild or relocate the mosque and have a stable, safe and peaceful place of worship for all Muslims.

anything would be appreciated and going to a good cause.
