Rebuilding Relief: Tetris Style

With motivation from the current climate, Mackenzie and I are working to raise funds in order to send handheld Tetris and universal activity books over to children in crisis-stricken areas. Tetris is psychologically proven to limit intrusive thoughts, a core symptom of PTSD. Additionally, we are sending universal activity books and puzzles to occupy the minds of the children in the midst of the crisis.

 

 

We know what you're thinking. How the heck are you going to get products to where they're needed the most at the moment with no-fly zones and blockaded ports? With the help of a phenomenal, long-time friend, Ally, we will be primarily using the Polish company Allegro (think Amazon). Products will be ordered and delivered through Allegro to Ally and then taken to drop points. From there, the supplies make their way to the right places through land routes.

 

 

Our mission is to reduce the psychological impact that incredibly stressful climates have on children. Our goal is to continue this project, providing children's hospitals, orphanages, and more with the same products in different parts of the world that are going through the unimaginable. We are in the works of registering Rebuilding Relief as a non-profit. However, we are working on limited time and this is the fastest route to accomplish what we're trying to do.
