Rebuilding the Reeves

On Sunday December 27th, 2020 Larry and Genna Reeves suffered a devastating fire at their home. Larry sustained some burns, but thankfully both of them were able to get out without being severely injured. Sadly the home they love so much has sustained significant damage, and will require extensive repairs. Due to fire, smoke, and water damage nearly all of their furniture and personal items are unsalvageable. 

This tragedy could not have happened to two more caring, and wonderful people. Larry is currently retired, but is a former restaurant owner. Genna has been working in the human services field caring for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities for over 30 years. They are both very active in their church, and are constantly giving of their time and energy to help others. Both Larry and Genna are the kind of people who would do anything to help anyone; and spend most of their time doing just that. 

While insurance will help to cover most of the cost of repairs and to replace some of the furniture and personal items that were lost, there will undoubtedly be expenses that the insurance is not able to help with. We are hoping to raise at least $10,000 to help the Reeves rebuild their home. Please take a moment and help share their story; any little bit helps. Thank you, and God bless!
