Recent amputee still waiting on disability

Hi, my name is Jennifer. I've recently lost my left leg. Unfortunately, bills do not stop I've applied for disability back in October 2022, and I'm still waiting for a determination. They helped me out for 6 months, but unfortunately, that wasn't enough. Currently, I'm about to lose my vehicle that I use to get to and from appointments all 5 days a week. I'm loosing the house that I've been living in for almost 4 years because I can no longer make rent. I have applied for help through the state, but I have not been approved for "cash assistance," but they are finally helping with food. I also have to pay $188 every 3 months for a new prosthetic sleeve because health insurance does not cover more than 2 every year. I live in Michigan, and I do not have any family here that can help physically. My parents try to help when they can, but unfortunately they have their own bills to pay as well. I really need help paying bills like auto, auto insurance, rent, phone, daily hygiene regime, etc.

So, absolutely ANYTHING would help.

So, I've moved down to Louisiana to be closer to my parents, so they could help with my living arrangements for the time being. Also, I've started working, BUT I'm having a VERY tough time with work as my body is struggling. The blood flow throughout my amputated leg has gotten worse, the pains I currently have are nearly unbearable. I'm STILL fighting with the disability office as well. It's been a VERY long and brutal time dealing with our government for the past 2½ years.
