Recently found out I have lymphoma

Hi my name is Michael, I recently got in a car accident, someone rear ended and totaled my prius and broke my arm. Throughout the process of getting my elbow fixed, I thought my shoulder was broken as well, so they did some scans on it and didn't find anything wrong so they decided to do a tissue sample during the surgery and found that I had non Hodgkins high grade b cell lymphoma. I just started going to Moffitt cancer center and my back started hurting recently so they checked that out and think that I have a growth in the lower part of my back and that it's pushing up against my spine and perhaps fractured my spine so I've been stuck in bed the past couple weeks.

Anything that anyone can help with would be extremely grateful.
