Sole child custody

Thank you each and everyone for the support. Your help gave us strength to move on after coming from Ukraine. I need your help one more time. The father of my children refused to be in their lives. For many years he has not been participating in supporting my children. Completely abandoned them. I want to file sole child custody. I need a lawyer to help me with my case.
