Recover from Depop scam

Hi everyone,

I never thought I’d be here asking for help, but I recently got scammed out of $800 while selling through Depop. I saved up this money, and the scammer seemed so trustworthy — I didn’t realize I was being tricked until it was too late. Unfortunately, I can’t get my money back through Depop or my bank.

This loss has hit me really hard, and I’m devastated. It was all my hard earned money from my new job that i worked countless hours for. All this money was going to go to presents for family and friends, treating my loved ones for Christmas. I’m setting up this GoFundMe to try to recover even a part of what I lost.
