Recover from financial hardship due to COVID-19

Starting in 2020, upon going back to work after a 3 month furlough due to COVID-19, I had to start using credit cards to buy groceries and put gas in the car. My first two months back at work were slow going due to reduced hours which drastically impacted my paycheck. Over the course of the next year we received substantial help, but, it still left us with enough stacking debt to become a problem in the future. Which it did.

Our rent has increased roughly 200 dollars since 2020. And with rising food and gas prices it's getting harder and harder to buy groceries.

I have been using a pay on demand feature through my work which is a short term solution that has exponentially exacerbated my problems.

We have no Safety net. No family to fall back on. And over the years so many of our friends have helped us out that I'm ashamed to ask anyone. Not to mention a lot of them are facing many of the same struggles we are.
