Recovering from illness, fix car , buy shoes.

Hi, My name is Sal, I was working, doing great, I always bought food if I saw someone hungry,I Never denied anyone food.I never thought I would be living in my car,my mentality was im working hard i will never live in my car but now I realize anyone can at any moment get very sick and or not have a home.Just when things were going great I became very sick. I went into cardiac arrest,heart failure, I was breathing through a machine for a week. Thanks to GOD I got better ,still weak but getting better. My medicines are very expensive, just heart meds cost over $800. When I was released from hospital i went to hotel I worked and stayed at to only find out that all my personal belongings, shoes,clothes, expensive colognes,everything was supposedly thrown away by owner of hotel. I think it was stolen, I worked very hard to buy my new clothes ,shoes,caps,jackets and colognes. Everything was gone , I only have what I was wearing, shorts ,tshirt and sandals. No jacket or anything. GOD wants us to forgive so I forgave my ex boss for taking all my belongings,I love GOD that much and i had to forgive.Now i need help just to get started,i can work and do the rest myself.As if that was not bad enough my car broke down, needs another motor. I'm living in my car , it's cold but I dont have choice. I want to get back to work but I need my medicines to stay strong and healthy. I desperately need clothes and shoes to work and I desperately need to fix my car. I will work like I always. I have never have smoked or used drugs. I don't even drink alcohol. I'm blessed that I never chose these bad habits. The help I receive i will pay it forward, it's hard because when I was doing well I always helped people ,especially with food and now that I need help it's hard for me to ask for help. I feel ashame to ask for help. I completely understand if you can't donate but a prayer would be so much appreciated.
