Recovery After Robbery And Destruction

For my own safety I do not want to give too much personal information away, and because this is still an active police investigation I do not want to say anything that might compromise it.

 

At 3:52 p.m. on January 13th 2022, while I was on extended absence from my apartment due to a family medical emergency, I was notified by my landlord that three individuals were in my unit. I told my landlord to contact police immediately. The police and landlord told me that in order to file a full report I had to be there in person. After taking the first available flight back, I examined the unit with a forensics officer. My apartment had been turned into a drug den filled with loose needles and crystal meth. All of my possessions, other than my bed, were gone. I am asking for an amount that covers the necessary costs of travel and relocation, the replacement of necessities, enough to cover some personal and legal costs, and enough to get me through a couple months after this massive loss while I try to stabilize financially. I know that everyone is going through a tough time right now, but if you have something you can easily spare so that I can gain my footing again and get to a safe living environment, I would deeply appreciate it.
