Recovery and Home Health Funds

Hi my name is Erin,

I am creating this account to help cover some of the cost of my recovery and home health aide expenses. I am looking into alternative therapies that will hopefully help me regain strength. I no longer qualify for in person physical therapy due to the messed up insurance guidelines. Unfortunately, insurance doesn’t cover much for us, the training that I would like to start is very intense and cost $2500 a month. We also do not get any help with home health. My family has been providing all of my care and it is creating quite the burden on us all.

These funds will help ease the burden on my husband, my in-laws, grandmother and other care providers that are helping us throughout this time. Not only do I require 24 /7 care but my children do as well now that I am unable to care for them myself.

As many of you know, I was involved in a motor vehicle accident on May 5 of this year that left me paralyzed from my neck down. I am unable to perform really any task for myself or my children which requires a lot of help for not only myself but my kiddos as well. My family appreciates any and all donations that we have received throughout this year, without them I don’t know how we would’ve made it this far with keeping me in my home.
