Recovery for Carrie
Donation protected
On 11/8/2020, Carrie was involved in a motorcycle accident and as a result lost part of her left leg.
Carrie Owens is one of the most generous, caring, kind, giving person I know. She gives so much through her community involvement. She is a star basketball coach, part of Big Brother/Big Sister, security guard, mentor, and teacher. She has touched so many lives, and now she will need us to give back to her anyway we can. Carrie is ALWAYS the first to help someone out, lend a hand, or assist someone in need. Carrie is someone who is always giving, doing, and going and this accident will change her entire life. If anyone can overcome this tragedy, it's her, as she has already overcome so many obstacles in her life including beating ovarian cancer.
Carrie will need funds to help her on her long road to recovery. She will need equipment, physical therapy, emotional support, and we have set a goal of $20,000.
