Recovery from a motorcycle crash

On March 25th my son Andrew was involved in an accident on his motorcycle in Los Angeles. He was behind a car that was turning right, the car slammed on his breaks and Andrew hit the back of the car breaking his collarbone, four ribs and collapsing a lung and is awaiting surgery to repair his collarbone.

We are asking for donations to cover the mounting medical bills and to cover the surgery.  He has insurance but they will not start paying until his deductible is met. Being young and in terrific health he chose an insurance plan with a very high deductible. 

Andrew is a freelance tv producer and does not have a gig now and cannot go on set with 5 broken bones. That said, a small portion of the funds will go to personal expenses, rent etc.

Andrew is in need of the funds urgently as the surgery is scheduled for next Wednesday !
