Recovery Fund for Injured 6th Graders

Hello, my name is Lisa Lothian and I am a mom to a 6th grader. Two 6th grade boys were seriously injured after being hit by a car on May 18th at approximately 5pm. The boys were innocently walking along the bike path when they were hit. Both have extensive injuries and were flown to Boston for advanced care. The boys parents are Dyane King and Manuel and Elizabeth Lemus, all of Nantucket. 

 

The only thing these boys and their families should be concerned with right now is their healing. 

All funds raised will be shared equally between both families. I’ve started this fundraiser to collect donations and will disperse to each family via Venmo or check. 

Your donations are to help cover medical costs, doctor visits, surgeries, travel to and from the island and lost wages incurred by the parents who are with their children in the hospital.

 

Let’s do what we do best, Nantucket!! Please help these boys and their families to heal!
