Recovery Fund for Malichi After Spinal Injury

On Sunday, April 2nd, our adored friend, Malichi, was hit on his bike by an SUV on his way to work in New Orleans. From this, he sustained serious injuries to his spine that required emergency surgery. Currently, Malichi is in the hospital and looking at a 6-month recovery and rehabilitation period in which he can not work.

During this time, Malichi is calling on his beloved communities in the Bay Area, Tucson, St. Louis, New Orleans, Portland, and across the country, asking for support.

All funds collected will go directly towards Malichi’s emergency medical costs, post-surgery medical costs, physical therapy, legal fees, rent, utilities and general living costs.
