Recovery Fund for NJ Patient Care Tech (PCT)

A beloved patient care tech (PCT) was the victim of a vicious attack in a North Jersey hospital on February 7th. The PCT suffered 3rd degree burns to her face and multiple areas of her body. She was later transferred to a specialized burn hospital for further treatment and is in critical but stable condition.

This patient care tech was a hard-working woman. Everyone enjoyed working with her, including her patients. A kind woman who worked hard every day and never took any shortcuts. She always came to work with a smile on her face and was always willing to help whenever possible. Her colleagues are devastated and heartbroken over the events that took place. She always expressed how she’s working for her kids. She has one son in college and one daughter in high school. She was her family’s foundation and support.
