Recovery Fund - Maxwell’s Cafe & Market

I got a call this afternoon asking for help.

My name is Megan Bender and I am a resident of Minneapolis, MN. A close friend of mine was helping to clear her friend’s (Ramadan) store. She asked if I could setup a GoFundMe me to help him pay for his deductible. This money will simply go to pay for his insurance deductible so that all repairs can be done and his store can reopen.

Maxwell’s Cafe & Market was hit by looters last night in Minneapolis. Windows and doors were shattered, and cash registers stolen. The owner has sent a claim to his insurance company, but needs help to pay his deductible. 

This is a minority owned business who needs your help recovering.
