Recovery Support Needed for Ms.Arias’s Mother’s transplant.

PLEASE HELP SOMEONE WHO HELPS EVERYONE ELSE! Ms. Arias has been a pre-school teacher at Christ Cathedral Academy since it opened its doors! She has worked with all of the different age groups, and has been a blessing to the children and the entire school community as well. She’s a great Mom and Care giver to her Mother and some of our children. I felt that, Now it’s time to bless her! Ms.Aries’s mother was on a transplant list. And God heard her prayers…They got the call that “the time is here” on New Year’s Eve. God had sent her mother an organ to start the New Year! Ms. Arias had to drop everything and go with her mother to San Diego for the transplant. She also has 2 teenage children at home as well. The surgery was done at 3:00 am January 1st in San Diego, and things went well so far. Because of all of the complications that could occur, Ms. Jackie and her mother need to stay within 10 minutes of the hospital once she is released for three months. As you can imagine, there will be LOTS of doctor’s appointments as she recovers, as well as making sure that her body does not reject the organ! Expenses will be magnified at this time because she still has all of the usual expenses of supporting a family of four in OC and San Diego. Plus the added ones of alternate living, special food, sanitary supplies for her mom, extra gas for all the trips, and a myriad of other unexpected things that are bound to come up. She said “yes” without hesitation to help her mother, and has always said “yes” to help her students and the pre-school as well. Anything that you can donate will go directly to Ms. Aries to help her and her family get through this time in their life.
