Senior US IT Recruiter Mr. Sandeep Lal was killed in a tragic "Hit and Run" accident at Hyderabad, India while returning home after serving the US IT Job Market as a Senior IT Recruiter (Night Shift in India).
He was riding a Motor Cycle with a Pillion Rider in the early hours of Monday (Between 4:00 AM to 5:00 AM IST) a Racing Car driver, possibly drunk hit Sandeep's Bike leaving him dead on the spot. The pillion rider has suffered injuries and is being treated at a local hospital.
Sandeep leaves 2 young daughters (Ages 3 and 1.5 Years), Wife (Home Maker) and old parents behind. He may be the breadwinner and the family may have extreme financial difficulties if we don't lend a helping hand!

I am the CEO of Hire IT People and a US Citizen, I live in Sayreville, NJ. Our Company is a US Based IT Consulting Company with offices in DC, NJ and India.
The fund is being raised on behalf of an Ex-Employee of Hire IT People, Mr. Sandeep Lal who was killed in a tragic Road Accident in India to support his family, the incident was detailed above.
I will withdraw funds and transfer funds to India and the actual funds will be directly paid to his Wife/Children in India in a Form of India Government Fixed Deposit or a Bond at a public gathering targetted for July 30, 2016 at Hyderabad, India (Sandeep's Hometown) to pay homage to Sandeep Lal. Please note all other ceremony related expenses like hall rental, food, travel and any incidental expenses will be borne by me, I will NOT use any part of the donations to pay for such expenses.
I will share copies of Fixed Deposit/Bonds, Pictures and Videos of the Ceremony on www.gofundme.com platform and email copies to all donors.
