What is RED DAY?

Since May of 2009 our entire company – from the U.S. and Canada to our family abroad – sets aside the second Thursday of every May to Renew, Energize, and Donate within the communities we serve.

We’ve poured into our communities in a number of ways – building new homes from the ground up, gathering and distributing food to those who need it, organizing relief efforts when a natural disaster hits, and even spreading joy and raising funds as only KW can when life takes an unexpected turn. These are just a few ways we’ve given back to those who have poured into us.

How We Are Giving Back

This year, KW Larchmont is raising funds in order to purchase supplies such as socks, underwear, toiletries, beds in a bag, etc to fill welcome home bags for the homeless community. These bags will be distributed by the Hope of the Valley Rescue Mission, an organization that provides them shelter as well as nutritious meals, health referrals, hot showers, and the guidance they need to get back on their feet in society.

Once you've made your donation to the cause, join us on Red Day to assemble the bags with the whole team! All the event info can be found HERE on our Eventbrite page. Register to save your spot!

What is The Hope of the Valley Rescue Mission?

"Our mission is to prevent, reduce and eliminate poverty, hunger, and homelessness. We do this by offering immediate assistance and long-term solutions. DONATE TODAY to help us help those that are less fortunate. Let's give the homeless community here in LA the boost they need towards starting a better life!
