Redemptoris Mater Seminary Newark Holy Land Pilgr

Redemptoris Mater Archdiocesan Missionary Seminary of Newark, NJ, was founded in 1990. To date, 117 priests have been ordained for service in the Archdiocese of Newark. Many of the priests ordained from Redemptoris Mater Seminary work within local parishes of the Archdiocese while others are on missions across the United States and around the world in support of the Second Vatican Council’s commitment that each local Church truly be missionary. This year there are 32 seminarians in formation from 14 different countries. It is our hope to be able to go on pilgrimage in July to the Holy Land together with other youth of the Neocatechumenal Way of US, and so rediscover the Jewish roots of our faith. Redemptoris Mater Seminary relies primarily on divine providence and the average cost of the pilgrimage per seminarians is approximately $3,200.00. We need to raise about $100,000.00. We are witnesses that the Lord is not outdone in generosity and that he will give you back a hundred fold for all you do.
