Redwood Roots Farm Well Fund
Donation protected
Many of you are aware that the neighbor from whom we have been leasing water for 20 years has decided to not renew the lease. We will be without a water source on Dec. 15, 2019! Needless to say, this has many implications for our whole community - for those of us who work at the farm, for those who get their veggies at Redwood Roots year round, and for the plants that cannot survive without water.
Once the rains slow down and stop in the Spring, the farm will not be able to operate. We need to do all the work to put in a new system by then, but we do not have the funds to complete the work. We need your help to ensure Redwood Roots Farm can continue to operate. Please give whatever you can today - we can't do this without you.
We LOVE our farm community and KNOW that, with your help, we will survive and be back up to full production and growing beautiful healthy delicious food as soon as it is humanly possible.
Thank you for all of your support!
This campaign is being run by me, Janet Czarnecki, owner of Redwood Roots Farm and I will be receiving the funds personally to pay for the installation of a new well, pumps and storage tanks for the farm.
