Steer Wrestler Reece Jasper and his young Family
Donation protected
Yesterday Reece received some much needed positive news from his surgeon and his team.
The results have come back that Dr Elsabagh and his team were successful in removing the cancer from my bowel and stomach with the two surgeries that I underwent, with this being said it means I am lucky enough to not need any ongoing treatment.
I have to be consistent with some small lifestyle changes and will continue to have regular bloods done for the next 3.5 years.
This is not only a huge relief for myself but for my family also who have had to deal with me during the last 4 months.
I’m beyond grateful for the second chance I have been given, I would like to thank each and everyone of you who donated, called, messaged, came to hospital and our home to see me. Literally thousands of people all around the world who I will never be able to thank enough.
I’m extremely thankful to close that chapter off for good.
I have learnt some big life lessons and hard times create strong people.
