REENTRY FOR WOMEN PROGRAM

Champions of Tomorrow Inc. is a 501©3 nonprofit based in Eastpointe, Michigan.  We were founded in 2017 with a goal to provide transitional transportation to individuals with disabilities on the principle that equitable access provides everyone the opportunity to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.  In 2018 Champions of Tomorrow Inc formed partnerships with local human services organizations for its Transitional Transit program. 

Champions of Tomorrow, Inc is seeking 50,000 for its upcoming pilot program “Reentry for Women.”  The Reentry for Women program will provide Transitional Housing for returning citizens in our southeast Michigan communities.  The Reentry for Women program embodies these principles, addressing major barriers to successful reentry opportunities for returning citizens: employment/income and landlord hesitation.  Program objectives will be focused around decreasing recidivism rates for these women and ensuring their long-term success in the community.
