Reform UK Swansea West Parliamentary Election Fund
Donation protected
Hi, I'm Paddy and I'm the prospective parliamentary candidate for Reform UK for the constituency of Swansea West.
I'm standing because the UK is in a mess and that will continue, or deteriorate further unless we radically change politics. That starts with electing a different sort of politician from a different sort of party, and that's me and Reform UK. More on that on my website .
I wish politics wasn't about money, but it is. I need to purchase leaflets and other display materials, the occasional advert and hire rooms etc. For example, there are 34,500 households in Swansea. Producing just one leaflet for each household costs around £1,300 to £1,500. Renting an office for the election campaign will about the same. At the other extreme, the website https://swansea-west.uk/ cost £75.
Then there are renting rooms for public meetings, advertising (including on social media) and kiosks in town centres. As a new party we have to build some traction and name recognition so that the electorate can become aware of us.
The total amount that we are allowed to spend once an election is called is a little over £ 13,000. As the election is within 12 months all expenditure is counted towards this limit.
This GoFundMe account is linked to a separate bank account I set up for the election. Full details of receipts and expenditure will be available, as the law requires.
Saving the country means getting the message across. If you have read this far and can help please donate.
Thank You.
