Refrigerate Me If You Can ;)

Hi Folks,

I'm Christa, aka Quiche Lady. If you're here, you probably saw our post on social media...... and you're a really good person ;)

I'm here raising money to cover the cost of all the food we lost yesterday (10/27/22) due to the refrigerator in my commercial kitchen going out.

We lost about four dozen petite quiches, four large quiches and a few raw ingredients. Thankfully, most of our un-prepped ingredients are stored in a separate refrigerator, so we didn't lose everything! But the reach-in that broke was used for cooling quiche, so everything I made for the market yesterday spoiled instead of cooled.

My landlords are small business owners themselves and, though this is technically their responsibility, it's a huge burden on all of us right now.

So, if you enjoy our quiche and feel compelled to help me keep making it, I promise not to give up. I promise I will appreciate it. And I promise to keep trying.

Thank you for being here and reminding me that I'm not alone. I hope I can do the same for you in some way.
