Iași, Romania is a mere 10km away from the border and is receiving waves of refugees looking for medical and legal assistance as they find places to temporarily settle. Many have no documentation and have fled without knowing where they may be able to sleep the next night, let alone settle while war rages in their homeland.

EuroEd Foundation is an NGO in Iași, dedicated to act as a catalyst for social integration and social change, education and aid.

Teachers and staff at the EuroEd Foundation are fundraising and then liaising with local authorities and the Rotary club for providing food, sanitary items, blankets and other necessities.

Starting today, EuroEd is receiving Ukrainian children at the language school to give some semblance of a normal life after theirs has been uprooted.
