Reggie Manuel / A chef that isn't done cooking!
Donation protected
In October of 2016 Executive Sous Chef Reggie Manuel, of The Manship Wood Fired Kitchen, was diagnosed with stage 4 melanoma in his foot, hip and shoulder. In December 2016 two days before Christmas doctors decided it was best to complete a partial amputation of his foot. They also decided that he needed to start chemo in February.
Since 2017 Reggie's cancer has progressed to other areas of his body including his brain. We now take monthly trips to MD Anderson where he is getting excellent care. He is responding to treatment extremely well but more surgery and treatment is needed.
Unfortunately since August 2018 he has been unable to cook. If you have ever had the chance to meet him, other than our daughter, this is his passion. If you would like to contribute to help Reggie please start with this go fund me page . Any and all donations are helpful and much appreciated.
