Reggie Thomas (A friend in need; my friend indeed)
Donation protected
Over the least three years, Reggie has been suffering from major medical issues. In early October 2023, Reggie's health condition deteriorated. He was hospitalized at Mt. Carmel East and diagnosed with sepsis. He spent six long weeks in ICU, resulting in the amputation of his right leg above the knee and three other major surgeries. He was released to a rehab center on the road to a long and painful recovery. Unfortunately, a bone infection set in, so he was forced to return to Mt Carmel for an additional two weeks of treatment. He is now rehabilitating at a facility. While his condition has improved, he has a long (and winding) road ahead of him. He has applied for a long-term disability leave from work and anxiously awaits a decision. It may be months before Reggie can return to his home and even longer before he will be medically able to work.
Reggie is a proud man, who would not ask for help. So, this is why I am asking his friends, family, colleagues, and community to assist Reggie with his mounting medical bills and daily living expenses. Will you please help me help Reggie in his time of need?
